Harbour House Apartment is divided between two levels; on the first floor there is an open plan kitchen and dining area, a separate toilet, a separate sitting room with French windows leading onto a balcony overlooking the harbour. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor - one double and one twin room; a refurbished family bathroom. Appliances and equipment Harbour House kitchen is fitted with fridge-freezer (the freezer has three drawers), microwave, electric oven and hob, washing machine and tumble dryer. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses as well as hair dryer, iron and ironing board. A new Smart television (connected to our wifi) is set up and ready for you to watch Freeview or log into your own Neflix, Youtube or other App accounts (use and viewing is from your own account/s and at your own pay-per-view cost/s). Good wireless broadband is available throughout the property. Electricity and heating Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Harbour House has been refurbished with new eco-friendly timer/manual overide panel wall heaters. Linen and towels Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. Other provisions A small selection of teas, coffee and sugar are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. There may be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs/spices available. Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid and surface cleaner will be present in the property. Toilet rolls are provided for your stay. Parking A designated car parking space is available for one car. A large private (pay and display) car park is within a short distance for additional vehicles. Outside the property Harbour House has a balcony with a bistro table and garden chairs for you to sit, relax and watch harbour life (accessed via the sitting room). Dogs Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for a supplement of £20 per dog (strictly 2 dogs maximum per booking). Please follow our dog house rules, cleanliness after walks, bring your own dog beds/blankets/towels etc and keep them off the furniture and beds please. Smoking Harbour House is strictly non-smoking. Arrival and departure The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests. Changeover days Harbour House is available for weekly breaks during peak periods and short breaks are available at other times. We have opened up the booking calendar to accommodate varying lengths of stay and check-in/departure-days at off-peak times. If you cannot get the dates you want, please email your request.
